The goal of the Fridadesign.shop team is to offer high-quality products and meet your wishes. In cases where the product is damaged or does not conform to the data specified on the website, we offer product replacement or refund in accordance with the conditions below.

The return policy is  an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of using the website, you also agree to these return terms.

An important condition for returning an item is:

•  If you wish to return the item, please inform us in advance by e-mail: Hello@fridadesign.shop

• Before returning, you must inform Fridadesign.shop of the identification data of the item, the order number, the date of the order, the date of receipt of the order and the reason for the return (it may be necessary to upload a photo of the item and proof of payment and send it to the email address: hello@fridadesign.shop).

• At the time of return, the product must be in its original condition and must be accompanied by all the accompanying items given at the time of purchase (label, bag, cardboard bag, etc.)

• If, as a result of the investigation, it is determined that the product to be returned by the user has not preserved its visual characteristics and/or is not accompanied by all accompanying items and documents given at the time of purchase, the company reserves the right not to return the product and, accordingly, not to return the amount paid for the product.

• The value of the product is equal to or exceeds 30 GEL. The product of lower value is not returned in accordance with the legislation in force in Georgia.

Within how many days can I request a return?

According to the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product to the seller within 14 days after taking possession of the product.

The return of the product is provided by "Frida Design" LLC within the terms given below.

How many days will it take to return the product?

• The item will be returned throughout Tbilisi no later than 3 working days after the registration of the application.

•  In the case of large and small regions, the item will be returned no later than 5 working days after the application is registered, And in the highland region within 7-10 working days.

• The customer can return the product themselves  to the address of the shipping warehouse no later than 7 days after the application is registered. The term of filing the return application and the return of the product by the user should not exceed the 14-day return period stipulated by the law.

HOW THE PRODUCT WILL BE REIMBURSED

After returning and verifying the item, Fridadesign.shop will notify you of the decision regarding the refund/return status of the product.

In case of factory complaint, you will know the decision about refund or replacement of the item within 5 days.

In case of a positive decision, the amount will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving the notification.

In case of a positive decision, the amount paid for the product will be refunded in full, except for the cost of transportation, which is related to the customer's choice of a non-standard delivery service or a more expensive delivery service than the one offered by us;

Refunds can only be made by bank transfer:

In the case of a card transaction, by making a charge to the card,

In case of bank transfer, by returning to the same bank account from which the transaction was made,

In case of cash payment, the customer is obliged to send the bank account number through the e-mail specified in the order.
