Delivery Terms and Conditions

When purchasing any product, you may use courier delivery services provided by our partner companies:

LLC Westore  (ID No. 405637565), address: 23 Elene Amashukeli St.

For order fulfillment, LLC Frida Design shares the customer’s confidential personal information with LLC Logistixwise and LLC Vistory strictly for order processing purposes and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Delivery services are available throughout the territory of Georgia.
Orders are delivered only after full payment of the order value has been completed.

Please note that delivery timeframes may change due to weather conditions, road closures, peak seasons (especially the New Year period), or other force majeure circumstances.


Standard Delivery Timeframes

Tbilisi:

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered on the same business day by 10:00 PM.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered by 10:00 PM on the next business day.

Regions:

Delivery to cities and villages is completed within 2–3 business days by 7:00 PM.

Delivery to high-mountain regions is completed within 5 business days by 7:00 PM.


Express Delivery via Bolt Send

Express delivery is available only for orders within Tbilisi.

To request express delivery, please contact us via the website live chat or through social media messengers.

The delivery fee is calculated in real time based on the distance from the product warehouse to the customer’s address.

Express delivery requests are accepted:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Delivery is completed within 3 hours after confirmation of the request.

Payment for express delivery must be transferred to LLC Frida Design’s bank account immediately upon confirmation.
Express delivery is available only for fully paid orders.

When using this service, the customer receives the order directly from the driver instead of a courier. By choosing this option, the customer agrees to monitor the provided live tracking link, respond promptly to the driver’s call, and meet the driver at an accessible location for the vehicle.

In case of a product exchange or return when using express delivery, the customer is responsible for transporting the product back to the warehouse.


Warehouse Pickup

Customers may collect their orders personally from the warehouse:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Warehouse pickup is not available on Sundays or public holidays as defined by law.


Product Exchange or Return

Product exchanges or returns are processed in accordance with LLC Frida Design’s Return Policy, which is available in a separate section on the website.


All ordered products are delivered in individual gift packaging.
