Placement of order and purchase of products

Terms and conditions of product delivery

When purchasing any product, you can use the courier service provided by our partner company - Logisticswise Ltd.

Fridadesign.shop will provide personal and confidential information to Logisticswise LLC in order to deliver the ordered product.

The customer can receive the purchased products during working hours:
Delivery service is provided throughout Georgia.

Tbilisi: Orders received before 11:00 are processed the same day. Orders received after 11:00 are shipped the next business day.

Region: Orders received before 11:00 are processed within 3/4 working days.

The customer can pick up the order themselves on working days until 17:00. Delivery service from the order address does not work on weekends and statutory holidays.

Delivery and/or withdrawal of products/order is free of charge.

Please verify that the information you enter is accurate to avoid delays in placing your order.

If the address specified by the customer is incorrect and/or it is not possible to contact the customer, the purchased item will be returned to the company and Fridadesign.shop will not carry out the transportation of the product again, until the customer's request/information clarification is made again.

Re-shipment of an order caused by a customer's reason may be associated with an additional cost according to company policy.

Marketing

During registration on the website, the user agrees to subscribe to advertising, promotional materials, services, products and services of interest to the user.
